All price plans are for 1 to 5 employees paid monthly and up to 15 Councillors' allowances (paid quarterly, twice yearly or annually), with additions as described below...

Tier 1

​

Payroll needs met as described in on the Council Services page

​

£360 per year

​​

+£24 per year for each additional employee over and above standard plan

​

+£2 per month for each councillor paid their allowance more frequently than quarterly

​

+one off £10 admin fee for new Starters added within contract

​

+ £10 per employee P11D (Benefits in Kind) submissions if required

​​

Tier 2

​

Payroll needs met as described in on the Council Services page

​

AND 24/7 access to guidance notes covering numerous payroll related queries through the ‘Members’ Area’ of website

​

£480 per year

​​

+£24 per year for each additional employee over and above standard plan

 

+£2 per month for each councillor paid their allowance more frequently than quarterly

​

+one off £10 admin fee for new Starters added within contract

​

+ £10 per employee P11D (Benefits in Kind) submissions if required

​​​

Tier 3  

​

Payroll needs met as described in on the Council Services page

​

AND 24/7 access to guidance notes covering numerous payroll related queries through the ‘Members’ Area’ of website

AND all new starters through the year included within the price

 

AND any P11D (Benefits in Kind) submissions included within the price

​

£600 per year​

 

+£24 per year for each additional employee over and above the standard plan

​

+£2 per month for each councillor paid their allowance more frequently than quarterly
